Richard J. Hartmann Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard J. Hartmann of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley A. Hartmann; and his sons, Richard Hartmann Jr. and Joseph Hartmann. He is survived by: his children, Annette Geiger (Mike), Edward Hartmann (Kathy), Steven Hartmann (Candy), David Hartmann (Karen), John Hartmann, Andrew Hartmann (Melissa) and Ronald Hartmann (Ellen); and his brothers, Tom Hartmann (Marilyn) and Lawrence Hartmann (Pat). He is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Hospice of Cincinnati, or to John Paul II Catholic School.
