He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur and June Eleanor Sams (Balderson); and his brother Terry Sams. He is survived by: his sons, Jonathon Sams (Courtney Casto) and Joshua Sams; his grandchildren, Gage Casto, Gavin Sams, June Sams and Betty Sams; and his brothers, Bill Sams, Marvin Sams, Dave Sams (Butch), Steve Sams, Tim Sams and Ronnie Sams. He is also survived by extended family, and friends.
