He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur R. Hinkle and Catherine C. Hinkle (Nawman); and his brother Charles E. Hinkle. He is survived by: his wife Linda D. Hinkle (Nourse); his children, Kimberly A. Robinette and Robert E. Hinkle (Christine); his grandchildren, Franklin Robinette (Beth), Katherine Williams, Jaylon Hinkle and Ashley Estep (Mike); his great grandchildren, Grayson, Vivianne, Collins and Raymond; his sister Betty Salyer; and his siblings-in-law, Loretta and Roger Nourse (Nita). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
