He was predeceased by: his parents, Boone Blevins Sr. and Dora Frazier Blevins; his wife Shirley Ann Blevins; his brothers, Boone Jr., Joseph Blevins and Howard Raymond Blevins; and his niece Cathy Blevins.

He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Blevins Runge; his son-in-law Monte Runge; his granddaughter Paige Runge of Houston, TX.; and his nieces and nephews, Sue Blevins, Teresa Blevins Cantrell, Dianna Blevins Skaggs, Paul Blevins, Glen D Blevins and David Blevins.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Rosehill Burial Park.
