He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth J. Shanahan (Davis) and John H. Shanahan; his wives, Charlotte and Mary; his brother John; and his brother-in-law Hobart Parker.

He is survived by: his close friend Baby; his siblings, Ruth Ann Kudlauskas, Terrence Shanahan (Debbie), Kathleen Leonard (James) and Patricia Parker; and his stepdaughters, Wanda Austin, Joan Murray and Mary Alice Wilson (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Raphael Church, 225 E. High St., Springfield, OH. 45505.
