He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl L. Braun and Dora Braun (Coffelt). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Braun (Setty); and his siblings, Carol Ann Sturgill of Bowie, MD and James (Kirk) of Accord, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Robert's name to Second Harvest Food Bank.
