He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Walter Newman and Wilhelmina Newman (Bylsma). He is survived by: his wife Diane L. Newman (Easley); his children, Tracy Newman, Cheryl Clark (Joe), Jonelle Bates (Aaron) and Justin Newman (Nicole); his grandchildren, Bruce Lamb, Penelope and Ben Newman; his great grandchildren, Amelia, Bruce Jr. and Charlotte Lamb; and his siblings, Jim Newman (Jean) and Sharon Bardakjy (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
