He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherill O'Brien and Virginia Marie O'Brien (Barker); his daughter Carrie Foust; his brother Roger O'Brien; and his partner Jackie Stevens.
He is survived by: his daughter Angela O'Brien; his grandchildren, Aaliyah Slone and Blayne McFarland; his great grandchild Ky'Aire; his siblings, Ronnie O'Brien (Denise), Jeff O'Brien (Beth) and Vicki Sigman (Bruce); and his sister-in-law Nancy O'Brien. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
