Scott of Albany, Genevieve Scott-Corbett of Sacramento and Joanne Phoenix of Xenia, Ohio; and his grandparents, Harry C., Viola Sanford Sr. (Lewis), Silas and Sarah Scott (Hicks).

He is survived by: his sons, Robert D. "Rob" Scott Jr. of Pickerington, Richard D. "Rick" Scott Sr. of Springfield and Christopher R. "Randy" Scott Sr. (Tamika) of Huber Heights, Ohio; his daughter-in-law Lisa Brice-Johnson of Springfield, Ohio; his children, Brad Canavan and Pamela M. Hodge of Dayton, Ohio; his siblings, David Scott Sr. (Chrissy) of Yellow Springs, Shirley Rice-Crawford of Springfield and April Powell (James) of San Diego, California; his aunt Elinor Sanford of Richmond, Virginia; his in-laws, Carolyn Scott of Xenia, Ohio, Kenneth Phoenix (Hubba) of Xenia, Ohio, Kyra Brown (Mark) of Chillicothe, Elvin A. Mickey Jr. of Chillicothe and Lara Benson of Columbus, Ohio.; and his friends, Norman Moore Sr., Lawrence and Lula Cosby. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
