He was predeceased by: his parents, Casper Shaffer and Teresa Shaffer; and his brother Phillip. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Jeanette Bowman (Bob) and Bobby Jr.; his grandchildren, Abby Bowman, Tanner Bowman and Emalyn Shaffer; Kellie Rose. He is also survived by his siblings; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to remember Bobby in the things he loved most: time with family, a good laugh with friends, and the gentle company of animals.
