She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Johnson (Flora) and Richard Johnson; her former husband James Rolph; her husband William Mulkey; and her brother Richard Johnson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Charles Johnson (Sherry Setty), James Johnson (Carol), Ron Johnson and Tanya Miesse (Kent). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
