It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Joan Sutherly of Springfield, Ohio, born in Shelby, Ohio, who passed away on September 1, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert William and Gertrude Coleman Persinger (Widener); her brother Mark D. Persinger; and her son-in-law Billy Neer. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Sutherly (Lorie) and Jill Neer (Terry O'Connor); her grandchildren, Christina M. Wheeldon (John), Monica A. Campbell (Chad), Kelly Jo Hutchinson (Tim) and Joshua E. Hayes; her great grandchildren, Gabriel Hutchinson and Jack Wheeldon; and her niece Malissa.
