She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cox and Aggie Mae Cox (Happenny); her husband Edwin Palmer; her siblings, Irene Weatherhead, Geneva McClanahan, Erma Oty, Walter Cox and Raymond Cox; Faye.
She is survived by: her daughter Iris Dunn; her grandchildren, Patience Dunn and James E. Dunn III; and her great grandchildren, Braxton and Maddix Marshall. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jones Kenney Zechman Funeral Home (1002 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
