He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. James and Eloise James (Bookout); and his brother Wayne James. He is survived by: his wife Judy (Moore); his sons, Jeff (Tina James) of Ringgold, GA and Brandon (Ashley James) of Springfield, OH; his grandchildren, Tripp, Harvey and Natalie James; his siblings, Bobby of Dalton, GA, Emily James of Dalton, GA, Connie of Dalton, GA and Terry Neal of Dalton, GA; his pet Sophie; and his close friends, Craig Vaughn and Brian Lewis.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or ASPCA.
