He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Frazier and Grace Frazier (Douglas); and his siblings, Walter, Vic (LaDonna), Paul Frazier (Wilma) and Donna Jean Hanrahan (Charles).

He is survived by: his wife Donna Kay Ayers; his brother Fred Frazier (Sharon); his children, Ronda Blanton (Bruce), Kimberly Frazier (Daniel Botkin), Greg Waters and Tom Dietrich; his grandchildren, Brittany Waters (Clayton Horrighs), Alyssa Waters, Dylan Dietrich and David Blanton; and his great grandchild Lana Horrighs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
