He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Mick (Eubanks); his daughters, Rhonda Jeanelle Cosby, Jennifer Belford and Julie Mick-Schalm (Lee Schalm); his grandchildren, Seth Cosby (Jennifer), Rhonda Kiessling (Jake), Addie Cosby, Natasha Lias (Nicholas), Nick Belford, Madelynn and Mallory Schalm; his great grandchildren, Colt, Lincoln, Charles, Hazel, Brynnley, Violet, Paisley, Sage, John, Emma and Abby; his siblings, John Mick, Marilynn Eakins, Pamela Dabe and Christopher Watkins (Joan); and his caregivers, Lisa and Sandy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
