He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Johnson and Mary Johnson (Flora); and his siblings, Richard Johnson and Roberta Mulkey. He is survived by: his daughter Katie Heinzman (Larry); his siblings, Charles Johnson (Sherry Setty), James Johnson (Carol) and Tanya Miesse (Kent); his former wives, Jackie Johnson and Pamela Johnson; his pet Otis; and his caregiver Shelly. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and many friends.
