He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Franklin and Anna Katherine Murray (Brawner); his wife Lila Anita Murray; and his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Murray, Doris Class, Marjorie Boggs and Gilbert Murray.
He is survived by: his children, Darla A. Davis (Alan), Ronald D. Murray (Karen) and Katherine Kay Ackerman (Keith); his grandsons, Chad Ackerman and Josh Ackerman (Danielle); his great grandchild Braedon Lyburtus Ackerman; and his siblings, Carol Faith Eades, Richard "Dickie" Murray and Sharon Sue Williams (Butch). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Assembly of God Church (515 S Burnett Rd, Springfield, OH 45505). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
