She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Eubanks and Vivian Eubanks (Blake); her husband Daniel E. Kellis; her brother Raymond Lee Eubanks; and her brother-in-law Ronald Mick.

She is survived by: her children, Tonya Fields, Greg Kellis (Missy), Heidi Congleton (Shawn) and Holly Staples (Todd); her grandchildren, Courtney Sharrock (Brandon), Paige Combs (Cody), Hannah Snyder (Shane), Morgan McCammon (Kade), Haley Fields, Brooklynn Staples, Jordan Congleton, Hadlea Cydrus, Brooklyn Congleton, Brailee Staples and Kinsleigh Staples; her great grandchildren, Cameron, Landon, Eli, Carson, Myah, Penelope, Kalee, Colton and Adaliyah; her sisters, Jeanette Mick and Candice Young (Chris); and her sister-in-law Pat Eubanks (Jim Koster).
