He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Bell (Burr) and Robert "Bob" Bell; and his brother Alvin Bell (Doc). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Bell (Clifford); his daughter Cindy Barton (Kress); his grandsons, Kress, Andrew, Matthew, David and Daniel; his siblings-in-law, Elaine Jenkins (Gallord), Robin Houck (Chris) and Gregory Clifford (Ann); his daughter Diane Morea (Chris); and his granddaughters, Logan and Gabrielle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Russell has requested contributions be made to the USA Shooting Team, U.S. Olympic Training Center, 1 Olympic Plaza, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909, or to your favorite wildlife or animal rescue organization.
