We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2023, at the age of 69, Russell J. Owen of Springfield, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood H. Owen and Dorothy Owen (Saylor); and his brother David Owen (Georgia). He is survived by: his children, Jason Owen (Rainie), Russell James Owen II, Kyle Owen and Michael Owen (Stephanie); his sisters, Beverly J. Sagraves and Julia A. Owen; and his granddaughter Gracie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to charity of choice.
