He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Hull and Patricia Hull Jr. (Miller); and his brother Tim Hull. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Hull (Ley); and his siblings, Jan Kirby (Fred), Steve Hull (Jean), Thomas Hull (Kathy), John Hull (LaRie), Tony Hull (Sue), Patrick Hull (Jennifer) and Barb Hull (Kim Werner). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
