She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry George and Mary Elizabeth Hartman (Rowe); her husband Ned; and her siblings, Martha Snapp and Ben G. Hartman.
She is survived by: her children, Dale E. Hoover (Jody), Jeffrey A. Hoover and Karen Hill (Paul); and her grandchildren, Leah Beth Hill, David Hill and Ann Marie Hill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
