He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen Erdman. He is survived by: his wife Miranda "Mandy" Thornsberry (Seay); his children, Jordin Barnhart (Cody), Allie Thornsberry, Noah Bellew, Casey Thornsberry, Elisabeth Bellew and Hanna Thornsberry; his grandson Hudson Barnhart; his father Brett Thornsberry (Lisa) of Springfield; and his sisters, Meagan Cummins (Chris) of Columbus, Ashlee Cavitt (Brandon) of Springfield and Marissa Falloon (Cody) of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
