She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Williams and LaVina Williams; her siblings, Anna Ruth Williams, Wanda McCarty, Tera Williams, Betty Thurman and Robert Williams Jr.; and her nephew Rob Williams.
She is survived by: her pet Shelba; her daughter Elizabeth Muncy; her son-in-law John Nasta; and her extended family Travis Collins of Lexington, KY.. She is also survived by her many nephews and nieces & their respective spouses.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Shelba's memory to held offset the funeral cost would be most appreciated.
