She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Stokes and Mildred Stokes (Jewell); and her husband Paul "Bud" Summers. She is survived by: her children, Rick Davis (Gloria) and Rebecca Shanley (John); her grandchildren, Brittany Warrick (Eric) and Dylan Davis; her great grandchild Deagan Davis; and her stepchildren, Pam Scott and Dickie Summers (Jane). She is also survived by several step grandchildren and numerous nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the animal welfare league, 6330 Willow Dale Rd, Springfield, OH 45502.
