She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaylord Campbell and Geneva Campbell (Allen); her husband Ralph E. Smith; and her siblings, Rose Morgan, Tom Campbell and John Reed.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Doughman (Amanda), Christopher Doughman, Steven Meadows (Heather Brown) and Stephanie Campbell-Blackburn (Aric); and her siblings, Dave Campbell, Deb Kiss, Pam Porter, Pat Hinish and Linda Reed. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, and friends.
Face masks will be required and limited numbers of people will be allowed in at a time.
