He was predeceased by: his parents, John Allen Lehmkuhl and Doris Lehmkuhl (Cappelli); his brothers, Allen Matthew Lehmkuhl and Phillip Douglas Lehmkuhl; and his cousin Clyde DePuy.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Allin (John Allin) and Christopher Mark Lehmkuhl (Kiersten Lehmkuhl); his grandchildren, Ashton Nicole Allin and John Felton Allin, Jr.; his siblings, John Craig Lehmkuhl and Aurora Sue Lehmkuhl; his sister-in-law Carolynne W. Lehmkuhl; his cousins, Curtis DePuy and Paul DePuy; Jim Bush. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
