He is survived by: his parents, Sonya Miller (Olashuk) and Charles David Miller; his daughter Haley Campbell Smith (Justin); his grandchildren, Liam of LaMarque, Texas and Mila Smith of LaMarque, Texas; his siblings, Doug Miller (Denise) of Springfield, David Miller (Maggie) of Lake Charles, LA and Susan Walker (Jeffrey) of Griffin, GA; and his daughter Madelyn Stout. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
