He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah (Brad Husk), Rachel (Dan Cain) and Amy (Brian Ballard); and his grandchildren, Maranatha, Clay, Azariah, Elealeh, Ash, Gideon and Florence. He is also survived by his family and friends.
