We are sad to announce that, on January 23, 2026, at the age of 77, Susan R. Gatten of Springfield, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Susan shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Susan farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Millard Gatten and Evelyn Gatten (Ferryman); her husband Jim; her siblings, Michael Gatten (Cindy) and Judy Melvin (late Kenneth); her niece Allyson McDuffie (Wendy Gram); and her great-nieces, Avery McDuffie and Megan.
