She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Whip and Marie Whip (Nigh); her husbands, Larry Elkins and Edward E. Wagner; her great grandchild Zackary Branham; her brother Howard Whip (Petey); and her sister-in-law Gayle Whip.
She is survived by: her children, Joni Kime (Gary), John Elkins, Jennifer Arnold, Larry Elkins II, Julie Sowers (Allen), Jamie Taylor (Jack Turner) and Jeanette Morris (Stuart); and her grandson John Whip. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
