He is survived by: his parents, Chad Barcus and Tiffany Rothgeb; his son Tate Jr.; his grandparents, Allan, Donna Massie and Donna Roush; his siblings, Stephanie (Sissy), Danielle, Macy, Chelsea G, Hayley, Shian, J. R., Chad Jr. and Brandon; his aunts and uncles, David (Candy), Shannon (Bobby), Heather and Sam (Amber); his siblings' children, Tierra, Tyler, Tawana Taiah, Ty'Lee, Trae, Tesa, Awanyah, Addylynn, Stephen III, Liam, Layla, Olivia, Myla, A'Zayla, Aaron, Chloe, Jace, Ryleigh and Zaylynn; his cousins, Rachelle, John, Searra, Aaron, Austin and Chelsea K.; and his close friends, Darrian B, Doug S. and Brandon W..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial (838 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
Donations can be made to the funeral home to help cover expenses.
