He was predeceased by: his daughters, Amber Whitt and Chassity Collins; and his grandson Immanuel Burchnell. He is survived by: his wife Sabrina Whitt; his brother John Whitt; his children, Hope Rice, Phillip Tackett (Stephanie) and BJ Brown; his nephew Frank Whitt (Misty); his granddaughter Christiana Burchnell; and his great grandchildren, Billy, Cameron, Tayveon Rice, Ani Elliot, Katie, Samantha, Jonathan Brown, Larissa, Harlan Tackett, Alyssa and Braden Collins. He is also survived by many other nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jones Kenney Zechman Funeral Home (1002 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
