He is survived by: his mother Carolyn S. Ballentine (Cattell); the mother of his children Kimberly Ballentine (Forshey); his children, Tyler Ballentine (Nicole), Aaron Ballentine, Lance Ballentine and Savanah Frisch (David); his grandchildren, Alex, Nathan, Noah, Jeremiah, Danlyn, Lilly Anna, Logan, Lincoln, Layla, Laurel, Mark and Emma; and his siblings, Randall Ballentine, David Ballentine (Lori), Pam Duncan and Tonya Prasertsak. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
