He was predeceased by: his parents, Vinson Perkins and Millie Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Terri; his stepchildren, Charles Casto (Christa) and Crystal Giannaris (George); his grandchildren, Kily, Trinity, Melody, Denis and Charlotte; his cousin Barbara Lucille Martin; his siblings, Jim and Dawn Anderson; Ivan Dishon (Amber). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial (838 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
