Stephens II (Janet) of Columbus, Timothy Stephens of Springfield and Thomas Stephens (Melody) of Charlotte; his siblings, Dale Stephens Sr. (Patty) of Springfield, Etta Turner of Springfield, Jacqueline Sims of Springfield, Teresa Parker (Garfield) of Springfield, Monica Logan (Bishop Ronald) of Springfield, Stephanie Green (Stephens), Tunstels of Huber Heights and Thomas Stephens Jr. (Angie) of Columbus, Ohio.; his daughters, Bonnie Napier (Victor) of Atlanta and Rhonda Fellows of Minneapolis, MN.; and his grandchildren, Makayla Napier, Mariah Napier, Janeyce Sanders, Janique Sanders, Tre Stephens, Gabriel Stephens, Jaylin Chaney, Andre Stephens, Maya Stephens and Skylar Stephens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
