She is survived by: her husband David Shay; her children, Tye Shay, Dan Shay (Angie LeMaster), Lisa Fitzsimmons (Greg) and Colleen Reed (James Phillips); her grandchildren, Michael Patrick Shay, Caden Reed, Kylie Reed, Logan Fitzsimmons, Riley Shay and Jayce Phillips; and her sister Kathy Sullivan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
