He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ora and Rose Marie Blevins (Downey). He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Branham and Patricia Blevins; his grandchildren, Alexavier, Jasmine, Nathaniel, Kori, Kaleb and Colton; and his siblings, Dennis Blevins (Janie Moore), Sheily Hendrikson (Rohan) and Jimmy Blevins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
