He is survived by: his adoptive parents, Cheryl Benn and Nathaniel Benn; his fiancé Aneen Shelton; his children, Tyler Cavitt-Benn Jr., Skylarr Cavitt-Benn and Tye'lynne Cavitt-Benn; his siblings, Darnell Cavitt-Benn (Nicole), Jasmine Cavitt-Newton, Ashlee Peterson (Kevin), Essence Cavitt-McGee, Trevor Cavitt-Benn, Alisha Cavitt-McGee, Kevin D. Cokley and Natalie C. Benn; his close friend Darrius "Fredo" Williams; Damaras Hall (Shawn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
