We announce the death of Vickie Smith of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on October 20, 2026, at the age of 71. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Pete and Lucille Maxine Durst (McCarty); and her husband Robert Lee Smith Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Karena Durst, Robert Lee Smith Jr., Reggie Lee Smith (Jordan) and Anthony Lee Smith; her grandchildren, Chelsea Henry, Keana Henry and Madisan Henry; her great grandchildren, Kingston, Kaurora, Chanelle and Chandler; her siblings, Tonja Durst and Roger Durst; and her caregiver Tasha Rife. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
