He is survived by: his wife Carolyn (Bowshier); his children, Kim Castle (Curt), Tiffany Salyer (Paul), Jeff Markley, Ron Lloyd (Deb) and Mark Lloyd (Deborah); his foster daughter Claudia Starker; his grandchildren, Josh Hall (Brittany), Matt Hall, Paula Combs (Jon), Miranda Lloyd, Josh Lloyd (Mindy), Tabitha and Courtney; his great grandchildren, Kristin, Ava Hall, Alexis Hall, Landon, Carson Combs, Haley and Aubrey; and his niece Sherry (John).
