He is survived by: his wife Sheila Faye Cooper; his children, Tim Cooper (Heather) of Urbana, Kim Mougey (Mark) of New Carlisle and Tracy Finke (Marc) of Kettering; his stepdaughter Cheryl Powell (Rob) of South Vienna; his brothers, Hughie "H. L." Cooper and Charles Cooper; his grandchildren, Derrick Cooper (Abbey), Chloe Bays (Joel), Olivia Cooper, Miranda Mougey, Tyler Mougey, Abby Lynn Finke and Hilary Blevins; his great grandchildren, Mimi, Gabie Alvarez and Elliott Rose Cooper; and his friend Darrell Cody. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, & a host of friends.
