He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Baxter and Beverly Elaine Baxter (Dahms); his partner KarenTalaski; and his sister Beverly Elaine "Baby" Baxter. He is survived by: his children, Ann Baxter (Zack Todd), Katie (Baxter), Martin (Josh), Lindy Baxter, Joey Parchem, Wayne Talaski, Kristen (Talaski), Stroup (Ryan) and Steven Talaski (Katie); his siblings, Jenny Weinert (Bill), Doreen Zaldivar (Jorge) and Mark Baxter (Valerie); his aunt Dolly Dahms; and the mother of his children Linda Myers (Baxter). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
