He is survived by: his wife K. Faye Shoemaker (Hensley); his sons, William B. Shoemaker Jr. and Brian W. Shoemaker; his granddaughter Shelbi Nikol Shoemaker; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Pecenka and Nina Anderson (Richard).
