It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Midgley of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on February 8, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Midgley and Barbara Midgley (Martin); and his wife Rebbeca J. Midgley. He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Boyd (James), Betsy Garno (Pete) and Pamela Thoemke; his grandchildren, Kasandra Russell, Allison Taylor, Ciera Boyd, Tabitha Garno and Seth Garno; his great grandchildren, Rebecca, Mason, Kaylee and Jamison; his aunt Nancy Burgert; and his cousins, Chuck Burget and Tim Stringfellow.
