He is survived by: his partner Dale Peak; his children, William "Mike" Rowe (Nicole), Matthew Rowe (Destiny Luck), Tommy Waugh (Natalie), Holly Howell (Ryan) and Heather Elliott (Heath); his grandchild Donithan Rowe; and his siblings, Beverly Ellis Evans, Jane Rowe Compton (Glenn) and Cathy Rowe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
