He is survived by: his father Paul Windon (Jo); his wife Amanda Puckett; his mother-in-law Bonnie Puckett; his sisters, Tami Pelfrey and Amber Strayer (Brandon); and his siblings' children, Bradley of Ally, C. J, Robin, Jake, Storm, Eddie, Freddy, Alayna, Lori, Jesslyn and Kaylee.
