He is survived by: his wife Flora Jane Rickabaugh; his children, Bob Winkler (Elaine Koch), Judy Winkler and Jill; his granddaughters, Erika (Darren Shultz) and Samantha Wagner; his great grandchildren, Deacon, Dane and Delilah Shultz; his siblings, Andrew Winkler, Elizabeth (Vernon Landis), Marilyn (Dale Uhler), Marge Rhoads (Brenda) and Vic Bauman; his sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Winkler, Sandy Winkler and Margie Winkler; his sister Janet (Darrel Indermuhle); and his in-laws, Bill Rhoads and Mary Jane Winkler.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Smithville Apostolic Church (8530 Fulton Rd, Sterling, OH 44276).
