She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel F. Oliver, Sr. and Gladys I. Oliver; her husband James Regis Joyce, Jr.; her son Timothy James Joyce; and her sister Beverly Jones (Roy).
She is survived by: her son David Joyce (Kristy); her daughter-in-law Carol; her siblings, Leona Oliver and Samuel Oliver (Karen); her nephew Brian; her grandchildren, TJ, Andrew (Brianne) and Heather; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Cayden and William.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home (215 Fernwood Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
